From Start to End everything is perfect. Their staffs are very cooperative, friendly, wonderful behaviours, well mannered, superb service to be honest. Also their room is very large, really clean, well organised. I feel like home to be honest. This hotel is the best hotel I would’ve recommend. Also this hotel will be my permanent address when I’ll travel to Kolkata next time for sure.

The location is perfect to visit downtown Kolkata. It's close to Park street where you can shop and eat and Victoria memorial, Maidan... Breakfast is nice and staff are really attentive to your needs. Everyone working at the hotel is ready to help you.

As I entered I was warmly welcomed by Sonu at the front desk. He was attentive and welcoming. He even helped me with a few printouts I needed for my meeting. The room was clean, the view was nice and the housekeeping was responsive and diligent.

All facilities are available in the hotel. nice location. Accessible to all area of Park Street. Staffs are really amazing. Food is ltl costly, but that’s ok.
